If you are a Videopro Business Solutions client and require support from our Managed Services Helpdesk, please complete the below form and we will get back to you.
Welcome to Videopro Managed Services. You can now lodge all of your business support requests through this portal. Once the form is submitted, you will be allocated and emailed a ticket number and one of our friendly Managed Services team will be in touch.
Standard response times vary depending on SLA coverage;
- Platinum Care customers - 4 business hours.
- Essential Care Plus customers - 6 business hours.
(Next business-day response after 1pm)
- Essential Care customers - 8 business hours.
- Customers without an SLA - Best efforts, usually within 48 business hours.
